The State of North Dakota has recently passed a new law that has banned the sale of bottle rockets.  Unless the law gets overturned, you will not be able to purchase bottle rockets in the state of North Dakota ever again.

 

If you would like to help overturn this new law, ask about it at any fireworks store that you go to, including ours,

and see if they have a petition that you can sign.

 

Also, contact your state elected officials and let them know what you think of the bottle rocket ban.

 

If enough people speak up, the new law CAN BE OVERTURNED!!
