The State of North Dakota has recently passed a new law that has banned the sale of bottle rockets. Unless the law gets overturned, you will not be able to purchase bottle rockets in the state of North Dakota ever again.
We are currently working on a proposed amendment to change North Dakota law to allow the sale of bottle rockets to adults and those over 17, while still banning the sale to children. The petitions language has been approved, and we, the stand owners of North Dakota, will begin gathering the required signatures in order to place the proposal on the ballet for a general election. We will need 12,844 signatures. If you support the sale of bottle rockets in North Dakota, please ask about it at your favorite fireworks store. If they do not have a petition, go to a store that does. You must be a Registered voter, North Dakota resident, and must be at least 18 years old for your signature to count.
Also, contact your state elected officials and let them know what you think of the bottle rocket ban.
If enough people speak up, the new law CAN BE OVERTURNED!!
